Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect Data Engineering & Business Intelligence to lead our multi-cloud data transformation journey. This role demands a visionary leader who can define data strategy, architect scalable solutions, and foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise across Azure, AWS, and GCP , deep experience in data platforms, BI, and analytics , and a proven record of success in client engagement, proposals, and RFPs .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

* Define and execute enterprise-wide data engineering and BI strategy across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

* Align data initiatives with business goals, ensuring scalability, governance, and innovation.

Data & Cloud Solutions

1. Architect, design, and oversee data lakes, data warehouses, and pipelines using modern platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Redshift .
2. Implement data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines using tools like Matillion, IICS, and Azure Data Factory .
3. Drive API integrations between Snowflake, Matillion, and other cloud components.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

1. Lead Power BI adoption across the organization, driving the delivery of intuitive dashboards, predictive insights, and AI/ML-powered analytics.
2. Champion self-service BI and establish best practices for data visualization and analytics governance.

Proposals & RFPs

1. Lead solutioning for RFPs/RFIs , including architecture design, client presentations, and proposal creation.
2. Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to craft competitive, innovative data and BI solutions.

People Management & Collaboration

1. Build, mentor, and inspire global teams of data engineers, architects, and BI specialists.
2. Foster collaboration through effective coordination, communication, and leadership across cross-functional teams.
3. Drive regular business interactions and client calls to align technical outcomes with business expectations.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

1. Champion emerging technologies such as GenAI, real-time analytics, data mesh, and serverless data platforms .
2. Continuously evaluate new tools and frameworks to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Required Skill Set

1. Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
2. Data Platforms: Snowflake (SnowPark, Apps, Admin, UDFs), Databricks, Synapse, Redshift
3. Data Integration: Matillion (Administration, API Integration), Informatica IICS
4. DevOps: Azure DevOps for CI/CD data pipeline management
5. Business Intelligence: Power BI (advanced data modeling, DAX, administration)
6. Programming & Database: Advanced PL/SQL, Python (preferred)
7. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with strong experience in client interaction, business discussions, and team coordination .
