Data Architect

• Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures to support business needs.
• Develop data models, database schemas, and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data flows.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data governance and security.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to maintain reliable datasets.
• Should have hands on experience in Data Model development and Data Model Deployment.
• Should have experience in processing 1 TB of data volume

Job Requirement:

• Proficiency in Python.
• 7-10 Years Experience
• Understand the RFP requirements, Product Requrirements to help the BCT Solution / Retina Presales team on the Solutioning Architecture , Data flow diagram in sync with the Scope of Work
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Good understanding on process requirements, data sources, data quality and data availability.
