Fabric Enterprise Azure Data Architect

Location: Pune (SB Road) – Hybrid

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Enterprise Azure Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern enterprise data platforms on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement enterprise-scale data platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2), and Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient data architectures supporting modern lakehouse and data warehousing solutions.

• Develop enterprise ETL/ELT frameworks, metadata-driven pipelines, reusable ingestion patterns, and orchestration strategies.

• Lead data modeling initiatives using Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault, and SCD Type 2 methodologies.

• Establish governance, security, data quality, lineage, cataloging, and compliance frameworks.

• Drive performance optimization, capacity planning, and cost management across Azure data workloads.

• Implement CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM) for automated deployments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and leadership to define enterprise data strategies.

• Design semantic models and reporting layers for Power BI and Tableau.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Data Architecture and Azure Data Platform solutions.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks (PySpark)
• Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• • Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL.
• • Experience with modern data lakehouse architectures, enterprise data warehouses, and big data processing.
• • Expertise in data governance, RBAC, data masking, lineage, cataloging, and security frameworks.
• • Experience with Azure networking, private endpoints, managed identities, and subscription management.
• • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• • Experience building reporting and semantic layers using Power BI and Tableau.

Preferred Skills:

• Power BI DAX expertise.

• Experience with enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and solution architecture experience.
