Project Role Description : Define the data requirements and structure for the application. Model and design the application data structure, storage and integration.

Summary:

As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different stakeholders to align the data framework with the overall application needs, ensuring robustness and scalability in the data environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that support business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design.
  • Experience with data integration methods and tools to support complex data environments.
  • Ability to design scalable and maintainable data storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality management practices.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business goals.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
