Job Description: AI Model Trainer (Remote, Contract Basis)
Languages Required: Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled AI Model Trainers proficient in one or more of the above Indian languages to support the development of high-quality AI language models. This is a remote, contract-based role involving language tasks, quality checks, content evaluation, and instruction-based responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and refine AI training data in your native language.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, cultural relevance, and linguistic correctness.
- Write high-quality prompts, responses, and guidelines for model training.
- Label and improve conversational data.
- Ensure consistency, tone, and quality across tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers and follow detailed instructions.
Required Skills
- Native or near-native proficiency in Marathi / Gujarati / Bengali / Telugu / Tamil.
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension abilities.
- Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and contextual understanding.
- Ability to analyze, correct, and generate text across multiple topics.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI training, linguistic work, content writing, translation, or localization.
- Familiarity with prompt writing or LLM workflows.
