A role in the AI services and content-safety sector supporting global platforms and products that rely on accurate human review to train, audit, and improve machine learning systems. This is a contract, remote position based in India focused on evaluating AI-generated and user-generated content for safety, policy compliance, and quality.
Primary Job Title: AI Content Moderator (Contractual) Remote, India
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and classify text, image, and short-form video content against detailed content-safety and community guidelines.
- Apply policy enforcement decisions consistently: escalate complex cases and document rationale for ambiguous items.
- Annotate and label content to support model training datasets, following annotation instructions and quality targets.
- Complete daily QA checks and feedback loops to maintain review accuracy and throughput targets.
- Use moderation and annotation platforms to log decisions, tag edge cases, and support continuous policy refinement.
- Collaborate with trust & safety leads and ML teams to surface trends, bias signals, and recurrent policy gaps.
