The Growth Operations Manager sits at the commercial heart of Dentsu's Data & Technology division, responsible for accelerating revenue through solution selling, adtech product commercialisation, and driving adoption of Dentsu's proprietary data products. This is not a passive account management role — it demands a commercially aggressive, technically fluent individual who can navigate complex product conversations, build pipelines, and close deals. The person in this seat will act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and strategy, ensuring that Dentsu's Data & Tech capabilities are packaged, positioned, and sold effectively across clients, agency teams, and ecosystem partners.
