About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Insights Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data operations and generating performance reports across all client accounts. You will play a key part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, CRM tools, web analytics tools, etc.)
- Generate recurring and ad-hoc client reports with key performance metrics and trends
- Automate and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio
- Collaborate with account managers and performance teams to interpret data and uncover actionable insights
- Maintain dashboards and ensure data integrity across multiple client accounts
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Assist in preparing presentations and insights decks for internal and external stakeholders
Skills Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in a data/reporting/analytics role
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SQL or scripting (optional but a plus)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred from a leading accredited university.
- Exposure to performance marketing or digital campaigns is a plus
