Data and Computation Scientist

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our AI and Scientific Computing team. Ifyou enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of AI, Machine Learning, Chemistry, Materials Science, and Industrial R&D, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Build and deploy machine learning models for scientific and engineering applications.

Analyze large scientific datasets and derive actionable insights.

Develop predictive models for material properties, formulations, and manufacturing processes.

Work with chemists, materials scientists, and software engineers to translate scientific problems

into AI solutions.

Design experiments, validate models, and continuously improve prediction accuracy.

Build scalable data pipelines and contribute to production-grade AI systems.

Stay current with advances in AI, LLMs, Graph Neural Networks, and scientific machine

learning.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in Data Science
• Background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization.
• Experience working with SQL and large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interacting with clients in a professional setting
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with molecular descriptors, cheminformatics, reaction prediction, formulation development, or scientific data analysis.
• Familiarity with RDKit, Graph Neural Networks, scientific LLMs, or generative AI.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
