Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Data & Analytics function and drive enterprise data strategy and delivery initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data engineering and analytics programs on Microsoft Azure.
- Oversee Azure data platform services including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure AD.
- Drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives using SAP MDG and enterprise data governance practices.
- Build, manage, and scale high-performing Data & Analytics teams across engineering and delivery functions.
- Ensure reliable execution, operational efficiency, and service delivery for analytics and data integration programs.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and global leadership teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
- Define and implement data governance, quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, project planning, and delivery tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics platforms, data operations, and delivery processes.
- Support enterprise-wide data integration, reporting, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, resource planning, and delivery performance.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance across Azure analytics and data engineering environments.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Data & Analytics leadership and delivery management.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure data and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure AD.
- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP MDG implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and analytics operations.
- Experience leading data engineering, analytics, and cloud transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience managing large-scale delivery and service operations teams.
- Knowledge of data integration, cloud analytics, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence in enterprise environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
