Job Summary
The Data Analytics Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, instructor-led classroom training to students from diverse backgrounds. The role focuses on building strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in data analytics to enhance employability outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face training sessions at the training center in Gurugram.
- Deliver structured sessions on Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and basic analytics concepts.
- Use interactive teaching methods such as case studies, exercises, and group activities.
- Ensure high learner engagement, participation, and attendance.
- Facilitate hands-on learning sessions in computer labs using real-world datasets.
- Guide learners in completing projects and developing job-ready portfolios.
- Follow and adapt the prescribed curriculum based on learner needs and understanding levels.
- Provide in-person doubt resolution, mentorship, and continuous academic support.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and project evaluations.
- Maintain attendance records and track learner performance.
- Share regular progress updates and reports with program managers.
- Coordinate with center staff for scheduling, logistics, and smooth classroom operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in teaching or working in data analytics.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- MS Excel (advanced functions, dashboards)
- SQL
- Data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of Python (preferred).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage learners in a physical classroom environment.
- Good interpersonal, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel (if required).
Preferred Experience
- Experience in offline/classroom training environments.
- Prior work with NGOs, skilling programs, or underserved communities.
- Experience training beginners or non-technical learners.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site role (no remote delivery)

Remuneration range is Rs.35,000 – Rs. 40,000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
