KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for our GCP (Data & Analytics) team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics and cloud computing, specifically within the Google Cloud Platform environment.

Location: Hybrid- Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of data professionals in the design, implementation, and optimization of data solutions on GCP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Oversee data architecture and ensure best practices in data modeling and management.
- Ensure the team's adherence to project timelines and quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in GCP technologies.
- Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to management on project status, risks, and performance.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can enhance our data and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in data analytics, cloud computing, and team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services related to data storage, processing, and analytics.
- Proven ability to lead a diverse team and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong problem solver with the ability to think critically and strategically.
