mriga.one is building communities around sports, wellness, networking, experiences, and lifestyle education across multiple cities. As our communities continue to grow, we are looking for a Data Science & Analytics Intern who can help us organize, analyze, and derive insights from our event and community data.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, dashboards, systems, analytics, and problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Event & Community Analytics
- Analyze participation and engagement data across all community events
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making
- Help track growth metrics across different mriga.one communities
- Dashboard Creation
- Create and maintain dashboards for events, registrations, participation, retention, and engagement
- Present data in a simple and actionable format for internal teams
Event Operations Support
- Prepare and organize participant lists for all events
- Coordinate structured participant data for Kaptaans and event management teams
- Ensure data accuracy and smooth information flow before events
- App Metrics & Tracking
- Assist in building and monitoring app-related metrics and analytics
- Help track user engagement, retention, and usage patterns
- Support future data-driven product decisions
Skills Preferred
- Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or analytics tools is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
