FlexMoney Technologies is India's embedded credit infrastructure platform, connecting banks and NBFCs with a large and growing network of merchants across all sales channels. Through InstaCred 360TM, our omnichannel orchestration layer, we enable instant cardless EMI and BNPL credit at the point of sale for non-credit card consumers. We are in a high-growth phase, expanding aggressively across enterprise merchants and this is a high-ownership analytics hire at an exciting inflection point.

Job Role:

Responsible for providing data-driven insights that help key stakeholders deliver higher value and enhance revenue across product, business, and operations teams.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automated Power BI dashboards and reports for Senior Management and key

stakeholders to support faster decision-making

• Perform Conversion and Funnel Analytics — analyse stage-wise drop-offs across user journeys

and identify opportunities for product optimization

• Work with internal stakeholders to provide insights based on transaction, lender, and network data

• Analyse Campaigns across different channels and customer segments

• Analyse User Behaviour and Transaction data and recommend actions to improve conversion,

approval rates, and monetization

• Build dashboards for external stakeholders including merchants and lenders

• Develop RCA frameworks and anomaly detection systems to proactively identify revenue leakage

and data quality issues

• Enable self-serve analytics by building reusable queries and raw datasets to reduce dependency on the analytics team

• Automate reporting workflows using tools like Microsoft Power Automate to improve turnaround time

What We Look For:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fintech / Banking / Financial Services

• Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Snowflake) and Python for data extraction

and analysis

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX for dashboard development and storytelling

• Experience in Funnel Analysis, Cohort Analysis, A/B Testing, and RCA

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query

• Experience working with GA4, CleverTap, or similar product analytics tools is an added

advantage

• Familiarity with AWS (S3, Athena, Redshift) or cloud data platforms is a plus

• Self-motivated, ownership-driven individual with strong attention to data accuracy

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional

teams
