Data / Analytics Engineer ETL,POWER BI AND SQL

We are looking for Data / Analytics Engineer with good knowledge on ETL, Power BI and SQL for ourBanking customer in Singapore for a 1-year contract. you will be based inSingapore.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data& Analytics Engineer to support AI-driven operations analytics, focusing onlog analysis, incident insights, and data modelling for AIOps.

This role bridges data engineering + analytics + AIenablement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Engineering & Pipeline

. Design and build data pipelines for logs, incidents,infrastructure data

. Integrate with tools like Elastic / Splunk / monitoringplatforms

. Structure and prepare data for AI/analytics use

2. AI-Driven Analytics

. Enable log correlation and intelligent reasoning using AItools

. Work with AI teams to feed structured data into models

3. Operations Analytics Use Cases

. Deliver analytics for:

o Incident management

o Storage and infra metrics

o Logs and monitoring insights

4. Dashboard & Visualization

. Build dashboards using:

o Power BI / Elastic / other tools

. Present insights to leadership (support demo &rollout)

5. Data Modelling & Governance

. Design data models for operational analytics

. Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability

Requirements

Technical Skills

. Strong experience in:

o SQL / data modelling

o ETL / data pipelines

. Hands-on with:

o Power BI (or similar BI tools)

o Log/monitoring platforms (Elastic/Splunk)

. Exposure to:

o AI/ML concepts or LLM integration

Other requirements:

. Experience with:

o Azure OpenAI / AI analytics pipelines

o Infrastructure or operations domain data

. Ability to translate raw logs into actionable insights

. Strong data + infra understanding
