Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead enterprise-scale data warehousing, advanced analytics, and BI programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and measurable business impact.
- Drive adoption and optimization of cloud analytics platforms including Microsoft Azure, Synapse, Fabric, and Power BI.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Drive the design and implementation of AI/ML models to deliver predictive and prescriptive insights for clients.
- Oversee the development of data science frameworks and reusable assets that accelerate analytics delivery across industries.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI).
Qualifications & Experience
- 1215+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering data analytics solutions in consulting or industry.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred), data warehousing, and BI tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft D365.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior executives.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred.
