Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to drive business decision-making through dashboarding, data cleaning, and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business dashboards across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy
• Create and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, retention, funnel performance, RTO, etc and set up real-time tracking with alerts
• Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities through data analysis
• Support A/B testing and experimentation analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data tracking, instrumentation, and reporting systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst / Business Analyst role
• Strong proficiency in:
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• SQL
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Hands on Experience with BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio
• Strong understanding of data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation techniques
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for data analysis and productivity
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience in a D2C / E-commerce / Startup environment
• Knowledge of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution models
• Experience in automating reports and workflows
• Basic understanding of statistics and experimentation frameworks
