Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing statistical reports, creating data models, and providing insights through data analytics. The role also includes tasks such as data gathering, data cleaning, and ensuring data integrity across different projects. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential to successfully present the findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise
• Knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
