Data Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Data Analyst to support decision-making across the business through accurate, reliable data and sharp analysis. You'll build dashboards, mine data for patterns, and generate insights that teams can directly act on. This role requires someone who's not just technically strong but also thinks critically about what the data is really saying — and can communicate it simply to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate, reliable dashboards to track key business metrics
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Generate actionable insights from data and work with stakeholders to help execute on them
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data proactively — not just on request
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a business/data analyst role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience building dashboards (e.g., in Sheets/Excel; exposure to BI tools like Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio is a plus)
• Strong critical thinking — able to go beyond surface-level numbers to identify the so what
• Smart, clear communication skills; comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy
