Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data handling, basic statistical knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Create reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, LookerStudio
- Support business teams with data-driven recommendations
- Perform basic statistical analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Document processes and maintain data records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau/Looker Studio)
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills (ability to explain data insights clearly)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of Python or other Tech stacks for data analysis
- Exposure to databases or data warehousing concepts
- Internship or project experience in data analysis
