Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using SQL and other tools to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights, addressing theso-whatandwhat-ifquestions to guide decision-making.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and insightful reports, presentations, and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage data ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses and deliverables.
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability for outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • (Good to have) Support digital research/feedback programs and contribute to market research in a digital environment.
  • (Good to have) Develop data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau to enhance stakeholder understanding of insights.

Years of Experience

  • 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in data analytics, quantitative analysis, or related fields.

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, SQL, or Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) will be an added advantage.

Skill Set Required

  • Must Have:SQL, Data Analytics, Quantitative Analysis, Problem-Solving, Logical Thinking, Communication & Collaboration, Attention to Detail.
  • Nice to Have:Tableau (or other Data Visualization tools), Digital Research/Feedback Program Management, Market Research in Digital Environment.
