Join the Data Solutions team responsible for ensuring accurate and complete data migration from legacy systems to CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platforms. This role focuses on data validation, cleansing, discrepancy analysis, and issue resolution across multiple enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough data validation and cleansing prior to asset migration from legacy systems such as Siebel, Salesforce, and SAP to CPQ.
- Conduct comparative checks between systems to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.
- Document and escalate identified issues to the appropriate System of System (SoS) teams for resolution.
- Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams to resolve pre- and post-migration data issues efficiently.
- Engage in post-migration analysis to verify data integrity and system alignment.
- Participate in formal training on system processes, data flows, and order processing logic.
- Assist in order processing workflows, identifying and correcting system data discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of findings, resolution actions, and updates to ensure clear audit and traceability.
- Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring issues and proposing solutions to reduce future errors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex data scenarios.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (Siebel, Salesforce, SAP) or prior experience in data migration projects is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to spot data mismatches and patterns.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple teams and escalate issues.
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly through formal training.
- Experience with order-to-cash processes or CPQ systems is advantageous.
