Shift: US/UK shift

Job Description-

Prepare and send weekly and monthly sales reports to customers.
Maintain and organize customer data and sales records accurately.
Create presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Respond to customer inquiries related to reports and data.
Assist in tracking sales performance and KPIs.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive customer information.
