Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3+ years experience analyzing enterprise communication and AI data. You will track performance, costs, and customer metrics to drive optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze call statistics, usage trends, and AI token consumption.
- Develop dashboards (Tableau, Power BI).
- Provide insights to improve KPIs and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with product/AI teams for data-driven enhancements.
- Experience working on large data sets using Modern languages like Python
- Good understanding and hands-on experience of statistical modelling/data analysis tools (SAS, Python) and techniques
- Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
- Skilled in SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
- Familiar with telephony and AI usage metrics.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Career Growth:
Progress into Senior Analyst or Data Scientist roles, focusing on advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
