We are looking to hire a data analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases

• esContent & Audience Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics across our content portfolio (e.g., watch time, completion rates, player retention, churn, streaming lifetime value
• ).Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain automated, user-friendly dashboards (via Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) for executive leadership, marketing, and production team
• s.A/B Testing & Optimization: Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results for digital marketing campaigns, UI/UX feature updates, and audience targetin
• g.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Distribution teams to provide data-driven insights that inform content greenlighting, release schedules, and campaign spen
• d.Data Hygiene & Infrastructure: Work closely with Data Engineering to validate incoming data pipelines from streaming platforms, social media channels, and ticketing platforms to ensure data integrity and taxonomy standard
