Key Responsibility Area: ( Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent )

• Overall responsibility for servicing clients on Analytics/Advisory and managing the analytics team.
• Hands on advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, advanced knowledge of SQL or otherstructured language, advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Design and develop analytics products and services.
• Works closely with the Client(s) on scorecards, advisory and modeling.
• Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis.
• Provide leadership to the analytics team and assist the leadership to deliver results, business goalsand commitments.
• Financial Services/ Consumer banking business(preferred) - with extensive analytics orientation.
• Work on processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize results & manage day-to-day activities with the team.
• Support various special project assignments.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.)

• Proven track record with database languages (e.g., SQL) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView).
• Well versed with MS Excel – advanced & VBA.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
• Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
