Data Analyst (Snowflake)

Responsibilities

• Developing Modern Data Warehouse solutions using Snowflake and ADF.
• Ability to provide solutions that are forward-thinking in the data engineering and analytics space
• Good understanding of star and snowflake dimensional modeling.
• Good knowledge of Snowflake security, Snowflake SQL, and designing other Snowflake objects.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Taks, Streams, Time travel, Cloning, Optimizer, data sharing, stored procedures, and UDFs.
• Good understanding of Databricks Data and Databricks Delta Lake Architecture.
• Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) to design, implement, and manage complex data integration and transformation workflows.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills with proven strength in applying root-cause analysis.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Dedicated to excellence in one's work; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and thorough.
• Hands on experience in support activities, able to create and resolve tickets – Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Snowflake and ADF.
• Experience of working in an Onsite/Offshore model.
• 5+ years of experience in Snowflake and ADF development.
