Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce CRM and Sales CloudBuild and maintain Salesforce Analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM) dashboards and lensesDevelop complex SAQL queries and SAQL bindings to support dynamic dashboards and advanced analyticsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign and manage ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various data sourcesIntegrate Salesforce with external systems, including SQL ServerWrite, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored proceduresEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across analytics solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsTroubleshoot issues and provide performance tuning and optimizationPrepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales CloudStrong experience in Salesforce Analytics (CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM)Proficiency in SAQL, including advanced queries and SAQL bindingsExperience in building interactive dashboards and reportsSolid understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelinesStrong hands-on experience with SQL Server and complex SQL queriesGood understanding of data modeling and analytics best practicesExperience working with large datasets and performance optimizationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
