Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Data Analyst who has a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to explore data. In this role, you will collect data, create visual analytics, and support strategic decision-making through meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and performance metrics.

Build insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel / Tableau.

Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain accuracy.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.

Support data automation, process improvement, and decision-making functions.

Present data findings through clear visualizations and storytelling.

Ensure data security, consistency, and documentation across all analytics tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a closely related field.

Proficiency in Excel and understanding of basic statistics.

Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and filtering.

Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability.

Effective communication skills for both technical and business conversations.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)

Data storytelling & business presentation skills

Knowledge of data quality and automation processes
