Data Analyst Senior– Workiva & Snowflake

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

● Partner with stakeholders to identify business reporting needs.

● Translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications.

● Analyze existing workflows to identify process automation opportunities.

Data Engineering & Management

● Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

● Manage, query, and structure large datasets within Snowflake.

● Integrate data sources into Workiva using Wdata and Wdesk.

Documentation & Reporting

● Create clear technical documentation for data models and pipelines.

● Design and maintain automated, audit-ready financial or compliance reports.

● Document business logic, data definitions, and governance rules.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Workiva Expertise: Direct experience using Wdesk and Wdata for data linking

and reporting.

● Database & Cloud Platform: Advanced knowledge of SQL, stored procedures,

and Snowflake.

● Core Analytics: Strong background in requirement gathering, data analysis, and

technical documentation.

● Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data discrepancies and logic

errors.

● Communication: Clear skills to explain technical data concepts to non-technical

teams.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with automated data connectors and API integrations in Workiva.

● Background in financial reporting, ESG data management, or compliance

analytics.

● Certifications in Snowflake or Workiva platforms
