Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the analytics team. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving capabilities, hands-on experience in data analysis, and the ability to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and MIS using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Excel
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, product, and technology teams

(Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis roles

• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Proven experience in data extraction, data cleaning, transformation, dashboarding, and reporting
• Mandatory (Core Skills) – Expertise in SQL, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Reporting, Statistical Analysis, Data Validation, and Dashboard Creation
• Mandatory (Technical Skills) – Strong understanding of databases, large datasets, KPI reporting, and analytical techniques
• Mandatory (Note) – The CTC breakup will be up to 75% Fixed + 25% Variable
• Preferred (Technical 1) – Knowledge of Python or R for analytics and automation
• Preferred (Technical 2) – Exposure to ETL, data warehousing, or big data technologies
• Preferred (Soft Skills) – Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
