Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Mumbai. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources to support business decision-making. Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing descriptive and diagnostic analyses, and preparing visualizations that communicate trends and performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with product, technology, operations, and business teams to define analytical requirements and translate them into actionable insights. The Data Analyst will also support forecasting, experiment analysis, and performance tracking for software, digital publishing, and security printing initiatives, and will document methods, maintain datasets, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling to support forecasting, experimentation, and performance analysis.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software or digital product environments is an advantage; knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
