Data Analyst (Sales)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data / Business Analyst to support our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, generating actionable insights, and helping drive strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Advanced Excel.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to provide actionable business insights.

• Monitor key business metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

• Translate complex data into meaningful recommendations for business stakeholders.

• Support forecasting, target planning, and business performance reviews.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.

• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.

• Experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
