Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategic Support
- Act as a thought partner for the leader by using data-driven insights
- Translate business questions into structured analytical problems
- Provide weekly/monthly performance insights with clear recommendations
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze revenue, cost, customer, funnel, and operational data
- Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes behind business performance
- Build profitability, cohort, and unit-economics analysis
- Conduct scenario analysis and what-if modeling
Reporting & Dashboards
- Design and maintain all revenue and channel related dashboards (KPIs, OKRs, business health)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in reporting
Required Skills
Technical
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, models)
- Basic to intermediate Python/R for analysis (preferred, not mandatory)
Business & Communication
- Strong business understanding and commercial mindset
- Ability to convert data into clear, executive-level narratives
- High ownership and accountability
