About the Role
Work on projects that help train and refine advanced AI systems by creating and evaluating high-quality data. This freelance role is fully remote and flexible, making it suitable alongside studies or other professional commitments.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design prompts and scenarios that simulate real user behaviour for AI training.
- Adopt a user mindset to produce natural, realistic data across different topics.
- Develop simple rubrics or checklists to structure how AI responses should be evaluated.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs by ranking, reviewing, and critiquing reasoning and problem-solving.
- Contribute across multiple projects depending on your skills and interests.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently enrolled) in any analytical, technical, or writing-intensive field (e.g., engineering, commerce, economics, statistics, computer science, humanities).
- Writing Skills: Ability to write clearly and concisely and explain your reasoning in English.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Comfortable crafting complex prompts and assessing nuanced AI responses.
- Attention to Detail: Consistent, structured feedback with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Self-Management: Able to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote setting.
Work & Payment Details
- Fully remote work from anywhere in India.
- Flexible hours, typically in the range of 1540 hours per week, depending on project needs.
- Payments are made on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) based on approved work.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor (not as an employee).
