As Data Analyst – Finance, you will bring clarity to our numbers—turning complex operational data into actionable insights, automated dashboards, and robust financial frameworks. In this role, you'll eliminate manual complexity, champion data integrity, and work cross-functionally to optimize how we track performance.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Conduct comprehensive monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics to identify performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting frameworks and interactive dashboards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual data entry.
• Monitor data hygiene, perform regular cleansing, and track daily/weekly operational metric deviations.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, product, and engineering teams to ensure data integrity and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reporting processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech startups.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in building automated MIS models and financial dashboards.
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, data cleansing techniques, and database structures.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
