Job Description Data Analyst Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data, and creating impactful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources, ensure accuracy, and prepare datasets for analysis.
Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and tools to interpret data, identify patterns, and detect trends as per business requirements
Power BI Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize key metrics.
Reporting & Visualization: Present data insights using clear and compelling visualizations.
Business Insights: Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored Power BI solutions.
Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst with hands-on Power BI expertise.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (especially Power BI).
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience in handling Procurement/Payables Data
Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of machine learning concepts.
Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing.
