Position Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst to analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns
that will help improve our products. We will rely on you to build data models to extract
valuable business insights. In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis,
math and statistics. Your task is to gather and prepare data from multiple sources, run
statistical analyses, and communicate your findings in a clear and objective way. Your goal will
be to help our company analyze trends to make better decisions.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- 2+years experience in Python, with knowledge of packages such as pandas, NumPy,
SciPy, Scikit-learn, Flask
- Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn and Plotly
- Experience with popular statistical and machine learning techniques, such as clustering,
SVM, KNN, decision trees, etc.
- Experience with databases, such as SQL and MongoDB
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of python libraries OpenCVand TensorFlow is a plus
Job Responsibilities /Essential Functions
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Explore and visualize data
- Use machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers
- Clearly communicate the findings from the analysis to turn information into something
actionable through reports, dashboards, and/or presentations.
