Role Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights. Daily tasks include developing data models, generating reports, identifying trends, conducting statistical analyses, and collaborating with team members to support data-driven decision-making processes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and clear communication of analytical findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling
• Strong knowledge of Statistics and its practical application
• Effective Communication skills for presenting data insights clearly
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or related tools is a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Civil Engineering or E-learning domains is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
