Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization using Excel and spreadsheets. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, generating insights, and presenting data-driven findings through clear visual representations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data for analysis using Excel/spreadsheets
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
- Create dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and reports for business stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all datasets
- Work closely with teams to support data-driven decision-making
- Automate repetitive data processes using Excel functions/macros (if applicable)
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with data cleaning and transformation techniques
- Ability to create clear and impactful visualizations using charts, conditional formatting, etc.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills to present findings effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or Business)
