Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Data Analyst with strong expertise in analytics, data engineering collaboration, and BI reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Databricks, and GitHub-based deployment workflows, along with proven leadership experience in managing analytics initiatives and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data analytics and BI initiatives across business functions.

Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Work closely with data engineering teams on Databricks-based data pipelines and analytics solutions.

Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.

Manage version control, CI/CD processes, and deployment workflows using GitHub.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical requirements.

Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across platforms.

Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership to the analytics team.

Drive best practices in reporting automation, dashboard performance tuning, and data visualization.

Required Skills

7 - 10 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.

Strong expertise in Power BI development and dashboard optimization.

Advanced SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.

Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platforms.

Strong experience with GitHub, including deployment and version control processes.

Experience leading analytics teams and managing stakeholder communication.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure data ecosystem is a plus.

Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience in enterprise-scale reporting environments.
