Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from diverse sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets
- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
- Translate business questions into technical solutions and actionable insights
- Prepare insightful data visualizations and executive-level presentations
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and charts
- Solid grasp of statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques
- Mandatory experience with either top-tier consultancy firms (e.g., Wipro, Accenture, TCS, Infosys) or Oil & Gas industry projects
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Understanding of ETL processes and tools
