Job description:
The Data Analyst will contribute to commercial & operations data and analytics globally but with a focus on APAC & MEA regions. The Data Analyst will be a critical partner to commercial and supply chain teams, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance and operational excellence. This role will take ownership of 3rd Party datasets in the regions, S&OP analytics, Support CRM with data & processes, and collaborate with the engineering team on building and improving the data platform on Databricks and AWS. As the requirements of the business evolve, the responsibilities of the Data Analyst may change to meet these needs.
The role will report directly to the Associate Director of Data Insights & Engineering. Key skills required are advanced PowerBI and SQL capabilities, proven experience leading cross-functional projects independently, strong stakeholder management with confidence engaging at senior levels, and exceptional drive and initiative to proactively identify and solve problems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives working autonomously, combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills, and maintains high standards while persisting in finding the right answers.
Within the first 6 months, the successful candidate will have established themselves as the trusted data partner for APAC & MEA stakeholders, enabling them to make confident, informed decisions through insights, analysis, and proactive support. The team operates with a DevOps mindset, working in sprints within a dynamic environment where collaboration is balanced with independent ownership, and where initiative and impact are highly valued.
