Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded professional to join our team as a Data Analytics & AI Solutions Manager. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, building scalable data models, and leveraging AI tools to drive informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical data capabilities and business needs, ensuring data is effectively utilized across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement
- Design, build, and maintain data models that support reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Evaluate and leverage AI tools to enhance data processing, automation, and insight generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how data flows across different organizations and systems
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable recommendations
- Identify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy and reliability
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
- Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimization
Required Qualifications & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role
- Strong experience building and maintaining data models and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, and understanding of how they can be applied in business environments
- Experience working across multiple teams or organizations, with an understanding of data flow and integration
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in ambiguous situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python, R, or other data programming languages
- Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI-driven analytics
- Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environment
