Job Description

. Analyse valuation data from pricemycar (Noto'sAI-powered car valuation engine), comparing predicted vs. actual sale prices toidentify accuracy gaps and feed improvements back to the valuation model.
. Track GoDirect listing and transaction data end-to-end- enquiries, days-to-sell, conversion rate, and loan/insurance commissionattach rate - to identify where deals stall and where margin is being left onthe table.
. Monitor Tomo community and app data, including membersign-ups, event attendance, ambassador programme performance, and miles/questengagement, to understand what drives active participation.
. Analyse Noto Certified inspection and warranty data(165-point checks, common defect categories, post-sale claims) to spotrecurring issues and support quality and pricing decisions on certifiedpre-owned stock.
. Track uptake and conversion on Noto's financialproducts - car insurance, COE renewal loans, and car loan applications - toidentify drop-off points in the customer journey and opportunities to improveattach rates.
. Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports across Noto'splatforms (pricemycar, GoDirect, Tomo, Noto Certified) using Excel, Power BI,Tableau, or similar tools for management reporting.
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis on carpricing, COE trends, and the Singapore automotive/car-community landscape toinform product and pricing strategy.
. Analyse content and engagement data from Noto's blog,news, and media channels to guide the content strategy and identify whatresonates with the Tomo community.
. Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, andcustomer service teams to translate findings from the above into concrete,data-backed recommendations.
. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrityacross Noto's systems, databases, and reporting platforms, and preparemonthly/quarterly analytical reports and insights for senior management.
