Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover actionable insights that support business decisions, improve marketing performance, and optimize operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into meaningful reports and recommendations.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and marketing decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data collection processes where possible.
• Present findings and insights in a clear and actionable format to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and marketing analytics is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with digital marketing or business performance data.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of A/B testing, forecasting, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and automation workflows.
