Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret trends, and proficiency in data tools and reporting techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to support decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based on business needs
- Document processes and maintain analytical models
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker / etc.)
- Understanding of statistics and data interpretation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with large datasets
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Python / R
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with ETL processes
