Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets in Snowflake.
- Experience working with NetSuite and Workday ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business data.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PBI.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and IT.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting and Workday Prism Analytics.
