Role Description The Data Analyst role at Netraon is a full-time, remote position focused on turning complex data into practical insights for internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources, performing statistical and analytical evaluations, and building data models to support customer intelligence and market research initiatives. The Data Analyst will create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams to frame business questions, and translate data insights into recommendations for action. This role also involves documenting analytical methodologies, ensuring data quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytical processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical analysis methods to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, including designing and maintaining data structures for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with data tools and languages such as SQL, Python or R, and modern BI/visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
