Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Data Analyst to join our team for a full-time onsite role in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on expertise in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to derive meaningful insights for business decision-making.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data findings.
Clean, transform, and integrate raw data using advanced Excel and power query tools.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical outputs.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic and operational initiatives.
Write and execute intermediate-level SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used for analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

510 years of experience in IT with a strong background in Data Analysis/Business Analysis.
Advanced Excel expertise including:
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Power Query
Advanced formulas and functions
Strong experience working with raw data and generating actionable insights.
SQL (Intermediate Level) ability to write and run SQL queries independently.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environmen
